DESCRIPTION:Calling all HSOG former pupils from the Class of 1973\, your 50 year reunion will be taking place on Saturday 30th September 2023 so mark your diaries! \nStewart MacAulay has kindly taken on the role of class year organiser for this event and would like to share the following message with his former classmates: \n***** \nHello Class of 1973! \nDoes the photograph of Elmbank Street above bring back memories? \nWell\, to commemorate the 50th anniversary since we left the High School in Elmbank Street it’d be great to welcome you back to celebrate our special anniversary\, so please do mark Saturday 30th September in your diaries. \nThe day will give you an ideal opportunity to rekindle friendships and revisit memories from our school days. Ten years ago we held our 40th anniversary and were fortunate to attract a good contingent from our year! \nI’m delighted to share an outline of the plan for the day: \n10.30am – Coffees/teas in The John Shaw Science Wing late morning\n11.15am – Tours of the School\n12.30pm – guests arrive at the Jimmie Ireland Stand for a welcome glass of fizz\n1pm – guests seated for a three-course lunch\, which includes two glasses of wine and post-meal teas/coffees \nTickets will cost £42 per person and will be available to purchase in due course via the School\, so please do keep an eye on your emails for further information. \nIf you have any questions\, please email the External Relations team at community@hsog.co.uk.
