Charity Golf Day 2019

The 2019 Charity Golf Day brought together over 70 golfers for a fantastic day of on and off-course action at Milngavie Golf Course on Friday 7th June, raising £5,500 for the Annual Fund Appeal.

The fourth High School of Glasgow Charity Golf Day saw our very own Claret Jug up for grabs earlier this month in a competitive day of golfing action. 18 teams competed for the overall crown, as well as enjoying a number of individual challenges throughout the course, before a dinner, raffle and charity auction saw out another enjoyable event.

Congratulations go to the overall winning team ‘Life Without a Chair’, captained by former pupil and parent Scott Adair (Class of 1987), playing alongside his son Jack Adair (Class of 2017), former parent Alan Foggo and his son Murray Foggo (Class of 2015), who took home the trophy!

Thanks to everyone involved in the running of the day, as well as to those who so keenly participated, the day was a great success, with over £5,500 raised for the Annual Fund. Roll on 2020!
