On Friday 20th June, on the hottest day of 2025 so far and the day before the summer solstice, members of the Class of 1975 gathered together at Old Anniesland to mark an incredible 50 years since they bid farewell to their Elmbank Street school days.

Whilst being treated to the very best of the Scottish summer weather, the group of 18 enjoyed the opportunity to catch up on where life has taken them over the last five decades whilst tucking into a brilliant buffet spread by Rock Salt Catering, owned by Class of 1991 former pupil, Sandy Kennedy.

We hope everyone had a brilliant time and that we’ll have the chance to welcome you back to Old Anniesland again in the not-too distant future!

It’s been a busy Summer Term packed full to the brim with reunion celebrations for class year groups across the decades, and this latest get-together marked the final reunion of the 2024/25 session.
