Calling all HSOG former pupils from the Class of 1973, your 50 year reunion will be taking place on Saturday 30th September 2023 so mark your diaries!

Does the photograph of Elmbank Street above bring back memories?

Well, to commemorate the 50th anniversary since we left the High School in Elmbank Street it’d be great to welcome you back to celebrate our special anniversary, so please do mark Saturday 30th September in your diaries.

The day will give you an ideal opportunity to rekindle friendships and revisit memories from our school days. Ten years ago we held our 40th anniversary and were fortunate to attract a good contingent from our year!

I’m delighted to share an outline of the plan for the day:

10.30am – Coffees/teas in The John Shaw Science Wing late morning
11.15am – Tours of the School
12.30pm – guests arrive at the Jimmie Ireland Stand for a welcome glass of fizz
1pm – guests seated for a three-course lunch, which includes two glasses of wine and post-meal teas/coffees

Tickets will cost £42 per person and will be available to purchase in due course via the School, so please do keep an eye on your emails for further information.
